Synergie has Partnered with a leader in Australian manufacturing and heavy engineering, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Prestons, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility, applying high-quality coatings to fabricated steel structures and components for major industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial spray painting using airless spray systemsApplying polyurethane coatings and high-build epoxiesSurface preparation including masking, sanding, and cleaningEnsuring all painted components meet required specifications and finish qualityMixing and preparing paints and materials according to technical data sheetsMaintaining spray equipment and tools in clean, working orderAdhering to strict WHS policies and safe handling of hazardous materials

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial spray paintingSkilled in airless spray pumps (Graco or similar)Experience applying polyurethane and epoxy coatingsAbility to read and follow job specifications and technical data sheetsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and in a teamKnowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practicesForklift licence or confined space ticket (advantageous, but not essential)
