Job Description

User Experience (UX) Designer

Adecco is seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our client's team. This role involves leading outcomes for mature projects, complex programs, or emerging areas by defining scalable and sustainable approaches to solve challenging problems. The UX Designer will develop and promote long-term user experience and product strategies, influencing multiple design efforts and providing alternative perspectives to challenge prevailing thinking. As a subject-matter expert in UX design principles, user-centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools, the UX Designer will collaborate with others to deliver comprehensive design solutions that address user needs, resolve constraints, and mitigate potential risks

What you will Do?

  • Collaborate with engineers to communicate and influence design specifications for implementation
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate product impact and understand user trends
  • Drive design improvements based on UX testing and stakeholder feedback
  • Build consensus across teams and communicate design strategies to stakeholders
  • Create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends

Your Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning for product design
  • Deep UX design experience in app design for Android and iOS platforms
  • Expertise in Figma and prototyping skills as the main software used
  • Ability to partner effectively with product managers and adapt quickly
  • Experience working in large organizational settings with complex projects
