Our Federal Government Client are seeking a SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Specialist to join a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP P2P modules within SRM, ECC, and OpenText VIM, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial/procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and optimise SAP P2P modules (SRM, ECC, OpenText VIM).
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and resolve system/process issues.
  • Develop, test, and support workflows including Fiori apps and ERP integration.
  • Provide SAP SRM/MM/FICO configuration advice and technical support.
  • Work with stakeholders to model and document business processes and requirements.
  • Analyse requirements and propose potential solutions to improve SAP functionality.
  • Create and maintain test scripts, technical documentation, and solution designs.
  • Support knowledge transfer to permanent staff.

About You The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Procure-to-Pay solutions (SRM/ERP/OpenText VIM).
  • Experience with ABAP and WebDynpro SRM ABAP for workflow development.
  • Proven skills in SAP solution design, configuration, and integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP connectivity with modules such as HR, FICO, Materials Management, and Business Warehouse.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance is Mandatory.
