Overview

Positions: SAP Specialists (P2P, FICO, HCM) + Delivery Manager

Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia

Contract: Long-term contracts (12 months, with up to 2 x 12-month extensions); candidates must be willing to work onsite in Canberra at least 3x a week.

Responsibilities
  • SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Specialist
    • Configure, implement, and support the SAP HCM/Payroll module.
    • Provide functional support for BAU and project work.
    • Troubleshoot payroll issues and raise SAP notes as needed.
    • Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to staff.
      • SAP FICO Functional Specialist
        • Configure and support SAP FICO modules; implement financial processes and support integrations with other modules.
        • Resolve defects and provide process improvements.
        • Work with business teams to define financial requirements.
          • SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist
            • Configure and maintain SAP P2P processes, including SRM and VIM.
            • Support procurement and vendor management workflows.
            • Ensure compliance with procurement policies; collaborate with business users on purchasing and payment requirements.
              • ERP Delivery Manager
                • Lead ERP modernisation streams and project delivery.
                • Manage stakeholders across business and ICT functions.
                • Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-phase ERP projects; ensure governance and reporting are met.
                Essential Criteria
                • Demonstrated SAP HCM/Payroll functional/configuration experience.
                • Experience with payroll troubleshooting and configuration.
                • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
                  • Strong SAP FICO functional/configuration experience; ability to configure key FICO components and support integrations.
                  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
                    • SAP P2P functional/configuration experience; strong knowledge of procurement and vendor processes; ability to troubleshoot P2P workflow issues.
                      • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering ERP programs; strong project management and leadership skills; background with SAP or similar ERP systems.
                      Desirable
                      • Experience with SuccessFactors.
                      • Knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, HR, or BW modules; government or large-scale SAP environment experience.
                      Security Clearance

Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
