We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista for our vibrant cafe to join our team. This role would suit someone who is flexible enough to work as a barista and an all-rounder.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year barista experience
  • The ability to talk to customers while delivering consistent quality coffee
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Is happy to work as both barista and all-rounder when required
  • Early morning start
  • A strong level of consistency in coffee and service
  • Availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holiday
