- A Minimuim 1 year of Barista experience
- The ability to talk to customers while delivering consistent quality coffee
- The ability to work effortlessly in a fast-paced environment
- The commitment to continue mastering your skills
- A strong level of consistency in coffee & service
- Availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
