- Proven experience in managing risk and in developing mitigation strategies to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation, policy and procedures.
- Proven experience in, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and understanding of:
o sentence management and sentence administration practices,
o the interpretation and application of statutory provisions relating to offender management
o a criminal justice environment or similar human services/regulatory agency
- Proven experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships, namely providing timely advice on complex issues, negotiating outcomes whilst
maintaining internal and external networks
- Knowledge and skills in developing and promoting the operations of a unit, specifically, service delivery improvements, development of innovative solutions, and ability to monitor trends to inform future decisions
