The Opportunity

We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced plumber to join our skilled team, working across maintenance and emergency plumbing services for the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). This role offers a dynamic opportunity to broaden your skills within a supportive environment focused on precision, integrity, and continuous growth. We are looking for plumbers in both South-Eastern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs of Melbourne and Inner City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard plumbing maintenance and urgent repairs across government and residential facilities.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient resolutions.
  • Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving water, drainage, and other plumbing systems.
  • Liaise with DFFH representatives, tenants, and site managers in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Complete compliance and safety documentation to required standards.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a responsive team.
What We're Looking For
  • Fully qualified plumber with current Victorian plumbing registration and license.
  • Proven experience in general maintenance and emergency plumbing services.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and OH&S compliance.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
  • Valid driver's licence
