Join our team as a Recruitment Officer and play a key role in shaping the future of retail talent

In this position, you'll be the driving force behind attracting top-tier talent into a fast-paced, people-first retail environment. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers to bring in the right people at the right time — helping to build strong, customer-focused teams across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be assisting in support of people leaders nationally across the HR portfolio, including advice and support on HR-related matters, compliance, and culture to support your key internal client base.

If you are passionate about people, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a company that values growth, innovation, and people. You may currently be in the requirement space, or a talented Retail Sales Leader with a track record in recruiting amazing talent.

Your key responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting phone screening interviews, coordinating interview schedules, managing pre-employment checks, generating contracts, and supporting onboarding activities

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions tailored to regional requirements

  • Drive proactive sourcing initiatives through platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn, headhunting, CRM talent pools, and database searches to build strong candidate pipelines

  • Monitor and record key performance data, including position advertistment performance, time-to-hire information and vacancy metrics

  • Deliver a positive, customer-focused experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment journey

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within retail or high-volume environments

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers

  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (e.g. Seek, LinkedIn) for sourcing and talent pooling
