**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Richlands QLD 4077.

This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, overseeing a small team in providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Relevant Mechanical Trade Qualifications (Diesel, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter)
- Experience working in an Engineering or Manufacturing workshop
- Hands on experience in the overhaul and test of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors & valves
- Good people skills, clear communication and a desire to move into a leadership role
- A strong sense of pride in your workmanship and a desire to achieve a high level of professional customer service
- Ability to work well independently and with mínimal supervision
- The ability to prepare clear and concise service reports
- Valid drivers' licence and the flexibility to work overtime as required.
