We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Account Manager – Pet
to represent leading global brands including
Flamingo Accessories, Bugalugs Pet Care, and Curli Leads & Harnesses
to
Bunnings
. You will also manage the continued success and growth of our own
Trusty brand
of pet treats, food, and toys.
About the Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving category growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring best-in-class representation of our brands. Working as part of a small, collaborative team based in Melbourne's western suburbs, you will be responsible for sales achievement, forecasting, and ensuring compliance across merchandising and planograms.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales achievement in line with budget and growth objectives.
• Adopt a client-first approach to strengthen relationships and deliver results.
• Manage forecasting collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee relationship and KPI management with Bunnings.
• Deliver sales submissions, product presentations, and category reviews.
• Ensure planogram compliance and effective merchandising execution.
• Provide regular business reporting and presentations.
• Champion category health and long-term growth opportunities.
About You
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in account management.
•
Pet industry experience
strongly preferred.
•
Experience with Bunnings
or other major pet retailers advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and relationship management skills.
• Passion for pets and the pet care industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional international trade fairs.
