About the role

Join our Trading & Portfolio Management team in Perth to support the optimisation of electricity and gas trading outcomes. You'll deliver high-quality analysis, insights, and recommendations that shape commercial strategy and financial forecasting.

What you'll do

  • Managing and reporting on electricity and gas positions to inform and align with strategy
  • Delivering actionable insights and commercial recommendations
  • Forecasting demand loads and earnings scenarios to support trading
  • Enhancing Power BI dashboards and supporting asset valuation
  • Supporting long-term planning, budgeting, and risk analysis

Your experience

  • Tertiary qualification in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business, Economics, Statistics)
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial analysis within Australian energy markets
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Proficiency in Excel, data query tools, and Power BI
