About the role

Snap Fitness Sippy Downs are looking for their next energetic and motivated employee to take on a dual role of Creche Supervisor and Club Assistant. Must have passion for helping people change their lives through health and fitness who can love our little mini members just as much as we do

This position will allow you the ability to have work-life balance, with mostly morning shifts. Approximately 10-15hrs per week available.

Our newly renovated gym boasts brand new state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, 6 cell rig with 2x lifting platforms, Sauna, Child Minding, Pilates and Yoga.

Your role will be to care for our mini members (kids) in our creche while their mums and dads enjoy a stress-free workout and in addition, assist the Club Manager in administration, sales and member services.

The creche accepts children from 6 weeks of age onwards.

The maximum age limit for children in the creche is 12 years.

About you

The right candidate will possess:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Blue Card
  • Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Permanent resident (unfortunately we are currently unable to offer this position to those on a temporary visa).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • A can do attitude and team mentality.
  • Available for Immediate start

Childcare or Sales and administration experience is a bonus, but not a requirement as we will provide all training necessary to fulfil your role. Whilst most hours will be fixed, applicants with flexibility are favoured. Must be reliable and ready to be a part of a team
