The Role: 15 horticulture workers are required starting August 2025 for nine months across properties in Billimari, NSW. Workers must be available to work Monday to Sunday under rotation between 6am to 5 pm. Hours of work will vary daily with the demands, averaging 30 hours per week.

Wages will be paid under an Individual Flexibility Agreement in accordance with Level 1 under the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA at a casual hourly rate of $32.03. This work is mainly outdoors in various weather conditions and involves picking, planting, packing and general crop management of melons and vegetables. About you / Criteria

The ideal candidates should have:

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Availability and ability to stay for the entire duration (9 months).
  • Ability to work flexible hours as rosters will vary.
  • A reliable positive attitude toward work with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Be physically fit and self-motivated as you may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
  • Have a driver's licence and reliable transport.
