Job description:

As a Skilled Labourer, you'll play a key role in supporting a range of civil construction projects. From operating equipment to assisting trades and ensuring sites run smoothly, you'll be an essential part of the team delivering high-quality outcomes, safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as 9T dumpers, Moxys, and rollers

· Assist tradespeople and contractors with daily site operations

· Perform manual tasks including site preparation, trenching, and material handling

· Follow WHS protocols and participate in toolbox talks

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

· Support the team in meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements for this position:

· 2+ years' experience as a skilled labourer in construction or a similar setting

· Current White Card, driver's licence, and reliable transport

· SOA & VOC for at least one piece of equipment (Dumper, Roller, or Moxy)

· Proficiency with hand and power tools

· Strong physical stamina and commitment to safe work practices

· Team-focused attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable:

· SOA & VOC for multiple plant items (Dumper, Roller, and/or Moxy)

· Additional plant or machinery tickets

· HR or MR truck licence

· Demonstrated experience in civil stormwater or pipework projects
