Our new Air Conditioning Professional will be critical in delivering a world-class customer experience by supporting Paul, Callan, Joe, Ryan, Cade and the Mobbs specialist team serve our clients, partners and our community; ensuring their air-conditioning installations, maintenance and repairs with Mobbs Air is always easy, hassle-free and enjoyable

You are the AC Professional we are looking for if….

  • You are organised and focused with a clear communication style, logical approach to problem/fault finding, with a very keen eye for detail.
  • You are a customer service Rockstar and believe in your ability to help take the Mobbs Air A-Team to even greater heights.
  • You are a proactive, forward-thinking and have the ability to quickly 'think on your feet',
  • When your friends and family are asked to describe you - they use words like 'super helpful, nothing too difficult, really knows his craft, always a pleasure to be around'
  • You have a passion for assisting others with whatever may be required to serve the customer.
  • Of course, you've got the credentials
    Queensland Electrical Workers License (Full or Limited)
    CPR with low voltage rescue,
    QLD Drivers Licence
    Trade Certificate/Recognition as a Refrigeration Mechanic -

What you will do:

You will provide excellent electrical and air conditioning installation, maintenance and repairs

You will value add to the customer service process – offering alternatives, and/or problem solve any situation where require

You will ensure that the client's requests have been met on all projects

You will liaise with builders/clients to ensure their requirements are executed correctly by all staff/apprentices under your care, upholding the builders/client's intent.

You will review and report to the Head of AC or Office Manager.

You will review any HVAC plans/documents as required, assist with quoting and job brainstorming

  • You will train and support staff within the team where necessary to a high standard
  • You will display a positive and 'can do' attitude

The experience you need: 2 years of relevant work experience as a Residential Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician
