Hayes Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to assist in our service department as a Service Reception/Service Advisor. This role would ideally suit someone currently doing this type of role or similar.

Responsibilities & Duties:
The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customers and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction, additional duties include:- Meeting and greeting guests
- Answering incoming calls and directing appropriately
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Keeping guest up to date with vehicle progress
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
- Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Gaining authorisation for additional work
- Helping bring new business into the service department
- Promoting the dealership and the Toyota brand
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
- Previous Toyota experience would be advantageous
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
- Experience working with Dealer Management System- TUNE would be advantageous
- Sound automotive knowledge
- Ability to work with customers and internal staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Customer service focused
