About the Company

Our client is a well-established, Australian-owned industrial distribution company. With decades of experience and growth behind them, they are now seeking a Support Analyst to join their team and provide outstanding technical and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.

About you

  • Previous experience in a Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support role will be highly sort after.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of hardware, software, and network fundamentals

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Previous programming/coding knowledge

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

  • Experience supporting ERP or business systems would be highly regarded

  • A relevant qualification in IT or related field is desirable

  • Eager to learn and grow within the company

What you will need to succeed

You'll have a proactive and solution-focused mindset, capable of working across departments to resolve issues and enhance system performance. You'll be comfortable talking on the phone, supporting users remotely and onsite, and be confident in juggling multiple requests while maintaining a high level of service. When the phones are quiet, you will assist in the back-end processing/programming.
