Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Creative Marketing team at our beautiful Gold Coast HQ in a full time capacity.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, strategically aligned design work across digital and physical platforms, ensuring consistent application of ABI's visual identity. It involves end-to-end project ownership, from interpreting briefs to delivering final assets, and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support brand, product, and campaign execution.

What you will be doing:

• Design high-quality brand, campaign, product, and print assets across digital and physical platforms, ensuring alignment with ABI's visual identity.
• Interpret briefs and develop strategic, visually compelling design solutions.
• Apply consistent and innovative use of typography, layout, colour, and imagery to maintain and evolve the ABI brand.
• Improve existing templates, systems, and workflows to elevate creative output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager, copywriters, content creators, UI designer, and marketing team on concept development and execution.
• Partner with departments across the business to ensure design solutions meet commercial and audience objectives.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and rollout across product launches, brand campaigns, and creative initiatives.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from brief interpretation to concept development, stakeholder feedback, refinement, and delivery.
• Prepare assets optimised for each channel, platform, and placement.
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute to a culture of constructive feedback and design excellence.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Support the team with additional design tasks or administrative support as required.

About you:

• You thrive in a collaborative environment — working closely with marketing, copywriters, cross functional team and web developers to bring ideas to life.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfortable designing across digital and print.
• You can manage multiple projects and deadlines, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design.
• Up-to-date with design trends and eager to learn new techniques.
• Confident communicator who can interpret briefs and present ideas clearly.
• Bonus: experience in motion graphics, basic HTML/CSS, or video editing.
• Education in Design or similar.
