About the role:

As Grocery Manager/Store 2IC you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing team and a well presented department. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure our customers leave with a smile.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar grocery leadership role
  • An excitement for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
  • Excellent merchandising, stock control and presentation standards
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets
  • A hands-on, positive attitude and approachable nature
  • Willingness to work across a 7-day roster including afternoons and an occasional evening.
  • Physical capability to regularly lift up to 20kg
