POP Phones is a fast-growing mobile retail brand with more than 20 stores across Australia. We specialise in selling mobile phones, accessories, and offering mobile phone repairs.

About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at POP Phones, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
  • Sell a wide range of mobile phones, accessories, and repair services
  • Help customers select products that meet their needs
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
  • Keep up to date with the latest mobile technology and offers
  • Assist with general store operations and stock management
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and professional store presentation

What We're Looking For
Strong sales skills and a passion for achieving results
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Experience in retail sales or mobile phone industry is a plus
Previous experience in mobile phone repair is highly regarded but not required (training can be provided)
