Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Retail Visual Merchandising Specialist to oversee the accurate execution of retail store visual merchandising strategies and optimize in-store experiences for customers. This key role will focus on the timely planning, implementing, and maintaining an engaging and well-organized store environment that aligns with company standards.

This position requires a professional who can work effectively independently as well as part of a team to develop and maintain an aesthetically pleasing store appearance that drives sales growth and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing comprehensive visual merchandising plans that reflect our brand image and messaging.
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of floor sets and visual displays across all locations.
  • Overseeing the procurement of point-of-purchase displays, fixtures, and other materials required for visual presentations.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with seasonal stock adjustments.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical stamina to handle frequent travel between stores and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
