We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Project Manager ready to jump onto landmark Tier 1 projects during an exciting period of growth. You will play a pivotal role in project delivery, joining a collaborative team that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage allocated mechanical projects from start to finish, including progress claims and cost-to-complete reporting.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with the drawing office and engineers to minimise clashes and rework.
  • Collaborate with other trades' Project Managers to ensure best-practice installation and efficient workflows.
  • Produce construction programmes, inspection and test plans, and fire penetration registers tailored to each project.
  • Oversee on-site labour and subcontractors alongside site managers and supervisors.
  • Review installation methods to streamline labour and reduce material costs.
  • Attend site meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental procedures in accordance with ISO standards.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working as part of a team. You will bring well-developed organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and experience using project management software platforms. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, combined with the ability to collaborate closely with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors, will see you thrive in this role.
