Your New Role
As an Advanced Physiotherapist at Princess Alexandra Hospital, you will deliver specialised clinical services and provide leadership to support excellence in patient care, education, and research within the physiotherapy department.

  • Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and consultancy within at least one specialist clinical area.
  • Lead clinical practice development, mentor less experienced staff, and provide high-level clinical supervision.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative models of care and promote patient-centred, compassionate treatment.
  • Drive service improvements, clinical research, and quality initiatives to enhance physiotherapy practices and patient outcomes.

*About you:*
We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist who demonstrates clinical expertise and leadership in advanced physiotherapy practice, with the ability to innovate and mentor others.

  • Proven advanced clinical skills and sound professional judgment in managing complex patients.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills to lead and support multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in clinical education, mentoring, and developing less experienced clinicians.
