KF GROUP NT is a small leading construction maintenance  services firm operating across the Northern Territory. With a strong focus on client service, we work with a diverse range of clients to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. Our company specialising in building repairs and maintenance, asset maintenance, commercial projects & minor civil works around Darwin and remote areas.

KF GROUP NT is seeking a highly organised and experienced  Project Manager to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. This full-time role will be responsible for managing projects from start to completion.The position is in Darwin and travel to remote areas if need it.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and deliver commercial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects meet time, quality, budget, and safety standards
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and control project budgets and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
  • Demonstrate adherence to our Blueprint values
  • Utilize MS Project and MS Office Suite for project management tasks
  • Minimize costs through numerical aptitude and commercial savviness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the NT construction industry.
  • At least 5 years of project management
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and influence subcontractors
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
