Customer Service Assistant – Aged Care Pharmacy (Full Time)

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and aged care facility staff, ensuring prompt, friendly, and efficient service. You will support the pharmacy team by:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Liaising with aged care facilities and other healthcare providers
  • Assisting with new resident admissions and data entry
  • Managing medication orders and tracking deliveries
  • Supporting administrative and clerical tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in aged care and supporting vulnerable populations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn pharmacy systems
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, customer service, or healthcare (preferred but not essential)
