About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in data conversion, system integration, and HR systems implementation to join our growing team in Melbourne, Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data lifecycle—from extracting and transforming legacy data to loading and validating it within the new system. You will also play a key role in integrating Dayforce with other enterprise systems, using APIs and flat file formats to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data conversion and migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading into Dayforce.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR data structures and ensure accurate and complete data migration.
  • Design and implement system integrations using  APIs, SFTP, and flat file formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
  • Troubleshoot data and integration issues, refine configurations, and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in data conversion, data migration, and system integration within HR or workforce management systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, flat file formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and integration tools or middleware.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in data and integration contexts.
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
