Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate roller to compact limestone subgrade and base layers
  • Work closely alongside a grader operator to maintain proper levels and compaction
  • Maintain and inspect equipment daily
  • Adhere to safety standards on active construction sites

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating rollers on subdivision or roadwork projects
  • Familiarity with limestone compaction
  • Ability to work as part of a team, especially in coordination with grader operators
  • Current Roller ticket
  • White Card
  • Drivers license & reliable vehicle
