The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced change professionals to join a major transformation program. This team delivers Organisational Change Management (OCM) services across an estate-wide ICT program, ensuring personnel are engaged, informed, and supported to adopt new systems and processes.

Roles Available

  • OCM Change Lead (SFIA 6) Lead the change management function across the program, shaping strategy, assessing impacts, and embedding change practices into delivery.
  • OCM Engagement Specialists (x3, SFIA 5) Deliver workshops, consultation sessions, and engagement activities to support the adoption of new systems and processes. Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills are essential.
  • Communications & Reporting (SFIA 6) Own program communications and stakeholder reporting. Produce clear, consistent messaging and reporting packs to support leadership and stakeholders.
  • Trainer Development (SFIA 5) Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that prepare staff for new systems and processes. Tailor training to diverse audiences and track outcomes.

To be successful, you will need

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, engagement, communications, or training.
  • Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
  • Knowledge of government or Defence transformation programs highly regarded. Australian citizenship with a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
