Who we are
Early Learners Hub is a proudly family-owned group of Early Learning Centre's with locations in Blackbutt and Albion Park, and an exciting new Centre opening in Ulladulla in 2026. We provide care and education for children aged 6 weeks–6 years, operating from 7:00am–5:30pm, and close each year over Christmas to give our team a well-deserved break.
The opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated, passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our close-knit team at our 32-place Blackbutt Centre. This is a permanent part-time role, working 6.5 hours per day across Monday to Friday. We'll cover all NESA registration costs and support your professional development—because when you grow, our children and team thrive.

What you'll do
- Create and deliver a high-quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and our Centre philosophy
- Document children's learning and progress in meaningful, engaging ways
- Conduct observations and contribute to children's individual portfolios
- Collaborate with our wonderful Educators to build a positive team culture
- Partner with Families, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported and included
- Support a safe, nurturing environment by upholding all health, safety and compliance standards
What you'll bring
- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- NESA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the NQS and EYLF
- Energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting children and families
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification and a valid Working With Children Check
- A positive, collaborative mindset and passion for professional growth
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in early childhood teaching is required
