**Early Childhood Traineeship - Early Learners Hub Blackbutt**

**Early Learners Hub Blackbutt **is a family owned early learning Centre caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

We are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic, and dedicated trainee to join our team in a full time capacity at our 32 place Centre in Blackbutt. You will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst earning a wage and being mentored by a dedicated team of professional Educators.

Early Learners Hub will cover all training costs associated with your Traineeship.

**The ideal Trainee will**:

- Be a key part of the Centre and work with our wonderful team to deliver quality education
- Work closely with the Centre Director
- Form strong relationships with children, families and the community
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of our educational program and activities
- Develop a stimulating, fun and educational learning environment
- Assist with managing children's needs
- Meet the health and safety needs of all children

**Suitable applicants will have**:

- Hold no previous qualifications in Early Childhood
- Possess a genuine desire to care for and develop children
- Have completed, or be willing to complete, a Working With Children Check
- Completed year 12
- Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
- A commitment to supporting each other, our children, and their families.
- Flexibility with shifts between Monday - Friday

Pay: $13.74 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
