About the role
We're looking for Personal Training Coordinator to join our growing Recreation team at Council's health and fitness centres, including the newly opened Rhodes Recreation Centre and Concord Oval Leisure Centre.
Key Responsibiities (not limited to):
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Personal Training and Inductions
- Assist the Team Leader with Quality Service Management of Personal Training and Inductions
- Assist in responding to customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in relation to personal training and inductions to provide information to the Team Leader on areas for improvement.
- Support Team Leader in delivering a customer-centric culture within the local government
- Work with the Team Leader and Manager to look at opportunities to expand offerings at the centre and external locations as required
- Organise the delivery of personal training or induction sessions via the team
- Oversee the Personal Training team and make sure high standards of service and customer service are kept.
About the person
The successful candidate should have the following:
- With qualifications in Cert lll and Cert lV in Fitness
- With or able to provide First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Current Class "C" Drivers Licence
- Proven experience in excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $71,908 to $82,65 + super (pro rata).
