The Role and Responsibilities

Due to a successful 2025 EnerMech is increasing our current core crew. We are currently hiring experienced Chemical Cleaning Technician who want the assurance of a full time role and also the opportunity to increase their earning potential by working on onshore and offshore projects.

Based in our Henderson facility, when offsite you will work Monday to Friday supporting pre and post works for our turnarounds. During the turnarounds you will go to site and work as a core crew member.

As this is a full time role - only candidates based in Perth will be considered.

• Chemical and mechanical cleaning (using acids, degreasers, etc.)
• Operating pumps, filtration systems, and temporary service setups
• System flushing, dewatering, and preservation
• Handling of chemicals and mixing using chemical equipment spread.
• Waste water draining, neutralization and handling in suitable containers.
• Uphold EnerMech's strong commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence in every task.
• Assisting mechanical trades and other departments when required
• Ensuring all relevant training is kept up to date

The Requirements

• Minimum 1- 2 years experience as a Technician with a background in chemical cleaning, system flushing, pressure or leak testing, and operating high-pressure pumps or heaters is highly regarded.
• White Card
• High Risk Work Licence (BI, BA, LF) desirable
• Working at Heights, Confined Space dated within 2 years (desirable)
• Gast Test Atmosphere dated within 2 years (desirable)
• Ability to pass OEUK and or Safer Together Medical
• Australian working rights
• Local to Perth
