Assistant Accountant

This role will provide Accounting and System Administration support to the business, to ensure delivery of timely and accurate results. The role will be responsible for the following areas/tasks:

  1. Monthly customer Adhoc Invoicing.

  2. Monthly Supplier Adhoc Billing

  3. Charge Thru Invoicing

  4. Update and maintain ERP systems

  5. Consignment Suppliers

  6. Ensure the integrity of general ledger accounts and assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Degree qualified and with a minimum of 1 year plus working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (ie. Excel, Word)
  • SAP experiences are desirable, not essential.
  • Experience within a high performing finance team.
  • High level of attention to detail. Experience in data mining, investigation, and lateral thinking
