North Queensland X-ray Services Townsville are seeking enthusiastic Radiographers to join a team of skilled professionals within a stimulating environment as well as have the opportunity for ongoing professional development and training in CT and MRI.
Duties include:
• Providing the highest level of care to patients as well as;
• Demonstrated ability to perform high quality diagnostic medical examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted standard or above
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel
• Good organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of the company
• Ability to adapt and respond to change
• Keep up to date with new / current technical developments
• Familiarity with current RIS/PACS systems
Prerequisites:
• Eligibility for QLD Radiation Use Licence, AHPRA and AIR accreditation.
