About the Role:

O&M Pty Ltd is actively recruiting multiple Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders and Riggers for ongoing industrial projects across the Latrobe Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reliable, safety-focused team that values quality workmanship and employee wellbeing.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Are experienced in scaffolding and rigging within industrial or power industry settings (preferred).
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Are motivated, reliable, and adaptable to meet the challenges of fast-paced projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Construction White Card.
  • Working at Heights certification.
  • Current Confined Space certification.
  • Victorian Scaffolding Tickets (Intermediate or Advanced).
  • Demonstrated experience in scaffolding and rigging in industrial settings.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and a musculoskeletal fitness test.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant employment history with contactable referees.

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential):

  • HRWL - Scaffolding (SA/SI), Rigging (RA/RI), Forklift (LF), and Elevated Work Platform (WP).
  • Current CPR certificate.
