Cabin Park Management/Caretaker – Team or Individual

About Us:

Little Palm Cabins is a privately owned Cabins-only property in beautiful Lake Cathie, 10 minutes out of Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast. Our park features 14 cozy cabins of various sizes and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily onsite operation of the cabin park, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests
  • Assist guests with any inquiries, providing a friendly and helpful presence
  • Manage our automated check-in and check-out procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs and perform general maintenance and repairs on cabins
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of cabins & common areas
  • Maintain the grounds with help from our groundsperson
  • Scheduling the cleaning staff and hiring of additional cleaning staff (when necessary)
  • Monitor and manage park supplies and inventory
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members
  • Monitor the safety and security of the park, addressing any issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and organisation skills, willing to lead the Team by example
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed
  • Strong practical skills in general repair and maintenance
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
