**Caretaker Needed**

CMG Property Services PTY LTD is seeking the services of an experienced **caretaker (gardener/cleaner)** to join our growing team.

We are looking for an experienced **caretaker (gardener/cleaner) **to join our team to ensure that our client’s facilities are maintained and presented to a very high standard.

The role is a full time role at a building in South Yarra

6 hours per day 5 days per week

The role as three components

Cleaning tasks

Gardening tasks

Caretaking tasks

**General Cleaning Tasks**

Vacuum, mop, handrail cleaning, cleaning doors and windows, cleaning windowsills, deodorize internal area, cleaning toilets, Blowing and cleaning parking, Cobweb removal, Light testing and bulb replacement, bin cleaning, reporting issues.

**Outdoor Gardening Tasks**

Lawn mowing, Blowing, Edging, Trimming, Blowing, Weeding, Cobweb removal

**Caretaking Tasks**

Contractor Supervision

Meet all contractors attending the property and establish purpose of visit

Record date, start & end times, inspect work performed & sign report

Ensure that any rectification works are performed promptly

Moving In / Out Process

Ensure that log books are correctly filled out and securely stored

Paint touchups to common surfaces, eg walls, doors, floors, poles, etc

Repairs to door and window accessories, eg door handles, loose locks, etc

Replacement of light globes where safe to do so
