We're now seeking a Maintenance Handyman to join our Dunsborough-based Property Services team.

About the Role

This is a full-time role with plenty of variety — no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for keeping our holiday homes in top condition through a wide range of general maintenance tasks. You'll have the independence to work proactively, backed by the support of a friendly and professional team.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Property presentation and repairs
  • Painting and surface touch-ups
  • Grouting and silicone work
  • Reticulation and water tank maintenance
  • Installing and troubleshooting appliances
  • Basic plumbing and leak repairs

About You

We're looking for someone with strong handyman or maintenance experience and a commitment to high standards of workmanship. You'll be practical, organised, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

Requirements:

  • Previous handyman or property maintenance experience (essential)
  • Current manual driver's licence (essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Permanent working rights in Australia (not suitable for Working Holiday Visa holders)
  • Must reside in the Dunsborough/Busselton area — only local applicants will be considered
