About the Role:

  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
  • Follow daily cleaning schedules and company procedures
  • Supervisors: lead and support housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure health & safety standards are met

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hotels (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A positive team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
