Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for shaping our identity governance solutions and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into functional requirements and specifications.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and refine identity governance solutions, including user access reviews, role mining, and segregation of duties.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, identify and resolve issues, and ensure our solutions adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, suggest enhancements, and stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a ICT Business Analyst in the ICT or identity governance domain.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with identity management systems and concepts is essential.
  • Advantageous: Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
