Carseldine Chempro Chemist is currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant/Retail Manager to join our friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic team. Days are negotiable for the right candidate.

We're looking for someone passionate about community pharmacy who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and is ready to grow with the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • S2/S3 training and/or Certificate I–III in Community Pharmacy (or willingness to complete)
  • Minfos experience (preferred)
  • Webster packing experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to assist with stock management and ordering
  • Confidence implementing planograms and promoting monthly specials
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, well-presented store
  • Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
  • A desire to learn and take on new challenges

About the Retail Manager Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their pharmacy career. No prior management experience is required — we will provide full training and support to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading front-of-store operations
  • Supporting the Pharmacist-in-Charge and team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Creating a positive and productive team culture

This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge/Owner.
