About this role:

· Flexible hours available

· This is an immediate start position

Requirements:

· Must hold a valid RSA and Food Handling Certificate

· Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant setting

· Confident in table service and working in a fast-paced environment

· Strong knowledge of customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.

· Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.

· Provide attentive service and handle guest requests promptly.

· Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest areas.

· Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

· Handle payments and operate the POS system correctly.

· Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards always.

Skills & Qualities:

· Strong communication and people skills.

· Positive attitude and team player.

· Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

· Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

· Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
