Front of House / Dining Room Manager

About Us

Pizza D'oh has been part of the Blairgowrie community for 19 years. We're a local favourite — known for our great food, friendly atmosphere, and long-standing relationships with our customers.

The Role

We're looking for someone to be the face of the dining room. You'll be working closely with Andrew, ensuring the smooth running of service while making our guests feel welcome and cared for. This is a role for someone who's got personality, drive, and enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front of house during service, setting the tone for great customer experiences
  • Support the team with clear communication and hands-on leadership
  • Work closely with Andrew to keep things running smoothly day-to-day
  • Handle reservations, service flow, and ensure every table feels looked after
  • Be proactive with problem-solving and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident, and warm personality
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to lead by example
  • Hospitality experience (restaurant, café, or bar) preferred but not essential
  • Flexible, reliable, and a good communicator
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys being part of the community
