Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development organisations — is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team in Loganholme QLD.

As a key support role within the sales function, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities, manage display home maintenance, maintain accurate documentation, and provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders. Your work directly contributes to delivering a seamless, high-quality home-building experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Process sales documents, tenders, CRM updates, and workflow tracking with accuracy
  • Coordinate display home maintenance, ensuring high presentation standards
  • Support setup and operational readiness of new display home sales offices
  • Provide admin and rostering support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain communication
  • Assist with general sales admin, event coordination, and compliance with sales processes

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in sales support, administration, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced with CRM or sales systems and comfortable managing documentation
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality support
