Lateral Partners is a boutique accounting firm based in the Sydney CBD, specialising in business services and taxation for medium sized businesses and high net wealth individuals and families.

We are currently seeking the services of a Junior Accountant  to join our small, dedicated team of professionals.

You may be either a recent graduate, or undergraduate studying an accounting degree, experience is not required. Study assistance is provided for either undergraduates or graduates looking to pursue further study (CA / CPA / MTax etc).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in day-to-day client management accounting including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll;
  • Assisting in preparing monthly client reports;
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly activity statements;
  • Preparing financial statements and income tax returns;
  • Directly working with clients, and managing their requests and enquiries.
