Your new opportunity:

Based anywhere within Western Australia, the Commercial Associate Director role offers the exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership, driving both short- and long-term growth for Opteon whilst furthering your valuation career. You'll collaborate closely with the State Director, National Director, other Associate Directors and Directors to shape and execute the regional strategy.

This is a key position focused on managing valuation operations within the Commercial division, where your expertise will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and exceeding client expectations.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with advanced Commercial Valuation expertise, coupled with exceptional communication and business development skills.

With a strong client network and a commitment to continuous professional growth, you will also bring the following to this role:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer,
• Proven success in providing excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
• Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
