About the Role

As a Reaction Team Member at Zone RV, you'll be part of a specialised support crew keeping production moving across multiple bays. When demand peaks or team members are on leave, you'll step in to ensure workflow, quality, and output never miss a beat.

You'll rotate through key areas of production—assembly, preparation, quality checks, and general support—working closely with Bay Leaders, Supervisors, and the QA team. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, teamwork, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform production and assembly tasks across multiple bays to quality standards
  • Provide flexible coverage during staff absences and high-demand periods
  • Conduct quality checks and report non-conformances
  • Support production teams to achieve daily targets and maintain workflow
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain WHS compliance
  • Record task completion, quality checks, and incidents accurately
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to Supervisors
  • Participate in cross-training to support multiple production areas

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or related trade (caravan experience ideal)
  • Strong adaptability and ability to work across varied production functions
  • Problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills
  • Trade qualification in manufacturing, assembly, or related field (desirable)
  • Forklift and First Aid certifications (advantageous)
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
