Anytime Fitness Campsie is currently seeking a Assistant Manager to help grow our clubs. This excellent opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven professional to join our team.

The purpose of your role as our Assistant Manager will be to ensure member experience is 5 Star. You will be working closely with the Manager to develop and grow the Clubs member-base and revenue within the business.

Duties include:

  • New membership sales.
  • Sales calls and constant member contact via sales systems
  • Achieving monthly KPIs.
  • Proactively seeking new membership opportunities.
  • Promoting the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the community.
  • Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.

To succeed in the role you will be:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills. This includes demeanour, telephone manner, verbal communication and appropriately groomed
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients
  • General Administration skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated and passionate about health and fitness.

Hours will include but not limited to Mon - Thurs 1 pm-7:30pm, Fri 2pm - 6pm and be available to work SATURDAY.
