  • Lead the operational delivery of community programs, ensuring alignment with Club values, contractual obligations and service excellence
  • Lead team performance and development promoting a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous improvement
  • Drive strategic planning and contribute to the long term vision of the Community & Social Impact team
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximise program impact and accountability
  • Oversee volunteer program delivery and major community events that engage and strengthen relationships
  • Ensure compliance with government funding requirements, maintaining strong risk management practices and upholding regulatory standards
  • Oversee operations systems, technology assets, travel logistics and the distribution of program merchandise and rewards
To be considered
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Community Development, Business Administration) and 7-10 years' experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading diverse teams and managing operations for multiple community programs, with a focus on outcomes for vulnerable populations.
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of community service delivery, particularly government-funded initiatives, and the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
